I don't like any of them.

I like Xalvyon Kyer, but when it comes to the childs future, I would just name him something very simple. We have not totally come to the point yet in this country where names other than those standard European names are accepted without a level of prejudice or should I say disrespect for the lack of normalcy, as we can see from some of the responses. Although... I must say some "ethnic" names are becoming a standard due in part to years of parents naming their child what they want regardless of the masses approval. Maybe there will be enough open minded people in high positions when your child enters the workforce for his resume' not to be thrown to the side or just looked at because of "affirmative action" regulations. Just read some of these responses... if these people were in a position to hire Xalvyon, do you think they would? Maybe? Maybe not. So much power in a name! Who knows maybe he will have a business of his own one day and won't have to worry about it!!! (smile)

I have to agree with SOME of these answers...no one is ever going to be able to pronounce these names. In high school graduation, they're going to stumble over the name. My last name is fairly simple and it gets butchered in the only way that it can. I get used to correcting people all the time, and it's frustrating. I'm not saying name him something like Joshua, I understand you want unique. You can find unique without finding difficult to pronounce.

Stop making up weird names that nobody can pronounce! Try making up unique names that people can easily pronounce like my name Saber Emerson. Here's the names I like:
Falcon Aiden /Maze
Eagle Skylar
Hawk Erickson
Lion Braveheart
Wolf Blisson
Shadow Stevin
Storm Risin
Raiden Thunder

What?!? How do you pronounce those names? If those are your favorites then I'd go with Tyheem Jamal, just cause it looks like the easiest one to say.

Honestly, I think they are very hard to pronounce, and your child may face some ridicule as he grows up. I've been called Stephen all my life, and my name is Stephene, long e. It's been bad at times. Tyheem Jamal is easy to pronounce, but you might look at spellings again for the others. Not trying to hurt your feelings, just thinking of your child. Good luck.

I'm not crazy about any of those names, so none of them is my favorite.
In all fairness, though, I think it is harder to name a boy than it is to name a girl. I'm pregnant and I haven't a clue as to what I will name my child if it's a boy, but I have lots of girls names I like. Oh, well...

YUCK! Why choose something that will get him teased that badly?
You're naming a PERSON, remember? How would those screwy names look on a diploma some day?
