Polygamist sect leader Warren Jeffs is on trial for aiding in the rape of a 14 year old girl because he presided over the marriage. I am not defending polgamy. What is this trial against? Should those who preside over marriages in New Hampshire go to jail? Should the parents go to prison. Are we judges morality or law? Let me know what you think of this media circus?

(For the record I think the legal age should be 18 and polygamy is not my cup of tea).

New Hampshire: A female between the age of 13 and 17 years and a male between the age of 14 and 17 years can be married only with the permission of their parent (guardian) and a waiver. A female below the age of 13 and a male below the age of 14 are not allowed to marry under any conditions. If both parties are nonresidents of NH and are below the age of 18 they cannot be married in NH under any conditions.

for the record, I can a lot of times not tell the difference between a 13 year old and a 18 year old, both of them have well developed bodies and neither one has got brains, and dating them is not my cup of tea.
