P.O. Boxes That Forwards Mail out of Country?

Say I want to move somewhere out of country. Are there P.O boxes exist that will automatically forward all the mail out of the U.S. to a country like Argentina?

If they do exist, how much do they cost monthly usually?

The P.O. will forward your mail to another country for one year free of charge. You only need a valid U.S. address. It can be done on line at the P.O.'s website or at your local office.
