Do women still find men in their 40's physically attractive? He stays fit .....exercises, watches what he eats

yes. actually more than younger guys because they are more self confident and seasoned.

Depends on the guy. Look at how many Hollywood actors are in their 40s and still smokin hot. Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, etc. If the guy takes care of himself, he can stay sexy for a long time and he doesn't need to be Hollywood A-list to do it either.
Now if all he does is swill cheap beer, sit on his fat behind and watch reruns of COPS, and eat junk food, I doubt many women will find him attractive at any age.

Men in their 40's are attractive, they usually are more settled financially. Are done playing games, have a sense of themselves. If they still are fit, why wouldn't they be physically attractive? That is of course, unless you live with your mother in the basement. Or have no teeth...

I find men in their 40's the sexiest of all the men out there. Not sure why, but it's true. BTW, my fiance is 44 and I'm in my early 30's. He is hot, even though he doesn't watch what he eats all the time.

Abso-frickin-lutely! In fact, I dated men in their 40s when I was a young looker of 23ish. They are way more secure, have less to prove, can be dashing, are less critical, more willing to please, and (I hate to sound like a money-grubber) but they had some cash and we would go out to nice places once and a while rather than just sit around, drink beer and watch TV. You don't even have to compare with younger guys, ok? I like a little gray at the temples, even a little balding, even a bit of a gut is okay, darlin.

I am 41 and my "boyfriend" is 57. He is amazingly sexy and attractive. He maintains his weight and takes good care of himself. Not to the point that it's annoying, but he does care about eating well and balance in his life. He's going to be one of those guys who will always remain sexy and vital. Even though he has constant back pain from a broken back 35 years ago and diabetes, he never complains and participates in life fully, not just observing from his armchair. His spirit is that of a 25 year old and he delights me completely.
Also, no sexual problems either. I get the benefit of his maturity, imagination and experience with the stamina and performance of a 20 year old. He totally amazes me!

Definitely yes. I started dating guys in their forties when I was in my mid-20s. Now that I'm 30, a guy in his 40s doesn't even seem much older than I am. Plus, a few lines around the eyes and grey in the temples is ultra-sexy.

Oh Yeah, my husband is 49 years old, and he looks wicked hot when he gets all GQ'd down for me. I am teaching him all kinds of things about feeling attractive, he never thought he was, very modest for a handsome man, an oddity in itself. Grooming, style and a positive attitude can make a man very sexy at any age.
