Mastubating helps. Practice holding back and lasting longer. Relaxing is a good idea. Don't tense up. You'll get to feel more this way. The stronger your pc muscle is, the longer you may last and the more powerful orgasm you'll get. I know this for a fact because I've gotten to the point of mind blowing, strong orgasm lasting to 2.5 minutes. I also found one can get mini or multiple orgasms if you practice this, without ejaculating.
Another idea you could try is foreplay. Have your partner masturbate you as you're masturbating her. You will, of course ejaculate, but the second time around you will last longer. If you can't come around the second time for a while, it doesn't mean you can't please her as you're waiting.
Remember, an orgasm occurs in the brain more than in the loins. It doesn't have much to do with premature ejaculation in the concept of sensitivity. It's a frame of mind you don't really acknowledge. KNOW that there is more to sex than an orgasm. Enjoy sex for all the sensations you get. And remember, sex is like chinese food. You aren't done until you both get your fortune cookies....

You need to practice, practice practice. WHen you are by yousrself you need to practice getting almost there then holding back. Do it like 6-10 times before you finish. You need to focus your brain on that feeling you get right beforehand so you can recognize it as early as possible. Then when you are with a woman and you feel that feeling, do something to change your position or movements or just stop moving and kiss your partner or something. THe more you practice the better you will get until you have full control.

I think you can visit www.webmd.com and it shows ways you can help keep that from happening. I know there is a certain way you can pinch the shaft or head of your wang to stop it. I have seen it done, but I'm not a guy and I don't want you to hurt yourself. Do some research on the internet-you will find your answer.

Easy, ejeculate before having sex. Second time around it shouldn't be so easy. Another one is to think of someone or someting that'll turn you off real fast during sex. For me, I use mind over body. I realized long ago that ejeculation is in the mind and if you can control that, you can last as long as you want granted that you still got strength left in your equipment.

Masturbate. Do it early and often. This will desensitize you to the sensations to the point where you can stroke longer. As a goal try and work yourself up to be able to do it at least twice in a row.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/cAivQ
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.
