I would say Aveeno. It's very good for sensitive skin because of the oatmeal that it contains. As you may know, oatmeal is a cooling agent for skin irritation. I have to use it myself when it was recommended by my doctor, because all those shower gels contain so much perfumes that usually irritate sensitive areas.

I have really sensitive skin--most shower gels dry my skin out or give me rashes. Dove's products work for me, though--avoid stuff with a lot of fragrances, because those usually irritate sensitive skin. Dove's shower gels work well.
Also--don't laugh--I love baby wash. It makes my skin really soft, and it never irritates my skin. Nowadays, there's tons of baby washes that are like shower gels, with a lot of different scents. My fave: Gerber's "Grin and Giggles" baby wash, in the milk and honey scent. I don't even need to use lotion after showering with that! Johnson's also has products for grown-ups now that are good--but not as good as the original, "baby" stuff!

try a liquid one coz there are harsh chemicals in a bar soap. also try ones that say hypoallergenic or ones that say for sensitive skin. the Body shop make excellent ones. and try to find one without any fragrances as they tend to make sensitive skin irritated.

I love baby bath or baby wash by Playtex Baby Magic or Johnsons. Even the cheap store brands work well in ALL the sensitive areas. :)
