They "Should" be ok...but taken in conjunction with a prenatal vitamin...you may be getting too much of a good thing.
Double check with your OBGYN just to be safe.

I don't see how milo would be a problem but make sure you don't pack on the pounds ... stay away from energy drinks that contain too much caffienne ... water is the best drink when you are pregnant .. keep a bottle by the bed to sip on during the night.

It can't hurt but prenatal vitamins are encouraged as they are and have more of the necessary vitamins for pregnant women....
