i went for a medical today and after the urine drug tests and physical examinations the doc told me to drop my kegs, look away and cough whilst his hand was kinda close to my 'favourite part', why was this done?
it wasnt embarassing or anything im just confused at what its meant to do. if it was pointless im going to be really annoyed that he didnt buy me dinner first....

He was checking for a hernia or rupture. It is very common. Just wait until you get older and he wants to check your prostate. You'll be wanting dinner and a kiss.

Farm bred's right, he was just checking for any hernias, or any other problems that can be identified by doing a testicle exam. Doctors do it to every guy, so you shouldn't feel like you were just raped by a pedophile, lol. Don't worry about it.
As soon as you get your first prostate exam, he'll ask you out to a movie, buy you dinner, walk you home, and give you some mouth to mouth!! Hahaha, just kidding. =P

He was checking to see if you have a hernia. It's a standard procedure. It isn't comfortable, I'll give you that, but just about every guy has had this done.
