1. All Americans are citizens of the United States (as the term imply).
2. All Americans have equal opportunity to vote.
3. All Americans are protected by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

What most Americans have in common is their diet.
Somehow we have been forced to believe that meat and cheese, topped with certain vegetables, slathered with a condiment or two, and squashed between two slices of bread is the optimal choice for a meal.
Every 'food group' has to be represented and I'm overjoyed that the 'food pyramid' is beginning to change and show us that we don't have to eat every friggin 'group' every friggin meal.
We need certain nutrients everyday and we haven't been getting them since we've up until now been told to fill ourselves with empty calories as well.
We still have a long way to go, but it's a start. Eat more greens and let off on the red meat, cheese, and bread or rice.

Our Freedoms. Our Constitution of the United States. The ability to CHOOSE where we want to live, and to further our educations (A basic education for all). We can SPEAK FREELY without FEAR that we will 'disappear' or lose our lives (like in repressive/totalitarian governments).
