How can he clean the whole street with one bucket of water whats in it ?

Its a stark admission of failure if a window cleaner needs to accept donated materials from a client, who obviously realizes that fact that does not have the necessary equipment to carry out the job that he has become purpose-built to do. My window cleaner doesnt even use water and simply uses a rag. Next time, leave a bucket of water outside with a paper saying 'feel free to use this' and imply that it is open for anyone. Better still, keep an outside tap very very gently running. He will use it and probably switch it off, thus being of benefit for everyone, apart from mother nature.

If you change your water regularly during the day, you would never get any work done,speed is the essence.
He probably uses fairy liquid, i get my water changed roughly 1 hour before i finish for the day.
you can do a lot of work with one bucket of water.

it will be a strong disinfectant dear :-), and perhaps emptying the water out means he would have to use more disinfectant tham needed. As long as your windows are clean honey, dont worry :-D
however if your not happy with how clean the windows actually are, consider getting another one.....

they put in vinegar..i sacked mine cos he also refused my offer of clean water...in the sun they looked dredful!...
