Take a bath, throw lots of bubbles in. Light a few candles and a nice drink (and maybe chocolate). Grab a magazine or book.
Put some relaxing music on and let life's stresses just slip away...
On the other hand if you are going to work - have a shower.

My mom always told me to take a shower after taking a bath because when you sit in bath water you are sitting in your own dirt.So rinse off in the shower after a bath.

Depends on if you are in a hurry or want to relax. Every now and then a bath is very soothing. I vote you take a bath with some bubbles and a good book.

take a really quick shower than you'll be clean so you can just sit in a nice relaxing bubble bath without having to worry about actually washing.
