I bought this cute black, white, and red dress..its one of those dresses that look like a shirt its a halter..with some black leggings. I was wondering what type of shoes would go good with it?

it depends what type of look you're going for: more casual/relaxed a pair of ballerina type slippers...if you're going out on the town/going for that sexy look, do a pair of heels.

Leggings are out with skirts but better with dresses
I saw the CUTEST shoe at Ross last night! They had a Black and White shoe with a Black and White flower!
Also they had Red and White! They are high heels too!
Any type of black or white shoe will work that are high heels

Cute outfit! Probably ballet flats in red, black, or white. Also low pumps in the same colors. And depending on the look you're going for, a pair of high top Converses in black or red could pull the whole look off!

Well I, personally, like to wear heels. So I would wear a pair of red heels but if you want to be more comfortable then I would suggest a red flat. Then again a nice wedge heel would be cute too because it will flatter the calf and with the halter flattering your shape and shoulders it would definitely be a nice combo to wear practically anywhere

The dress sounds really cute! I love the dresses/leggings look. Some black ballet flats would look cute, or some keds (I have a pair of destroyed mary janes that are keds, and they look cute with leggings). For the summer, you could also go with a pair of wedge sandals. Espadrilles, maybe.

If it's a halter, I am assuming it is either summer casual wear or dressy wear so I would probably wear dressy black, red or white sandals with a low heel for casual and higher heel for dressy. I wouldn't go too high with the heel as that might make you look trashy.

I think that some slip on ballet type shoes would look best. You can get them in tons of colors! Or if you are going to dress it up more, a pair of wedge sandals would look great and make your legs look longer!

Leggings make a dress more casual so you don't want to go dressy with your shoes. I think flats, such as ballet slippers, are best with the dress + leggings combo.
If you want to dress up, go for heels but ditch the leggings.

The little ballerina shoes (black would look nice), or even high heels, depending on what look you're going for & which are most comfortable.

Ballat flats, wedge sandles, pumpkin seeds (you know, the cheap little white tie up shoes) and thong flip flops!
