Why did I complain about having mine? I will Never get a 10%.

at first I missed it now I don't give a rats A** because I know I'll never get up to 10%...I've stayed 7% for 6 months now.

that can't be the only qualification because my BA percentage is 14% and I still don't have the orange sign back. Mine hasn't dropped below 14% since they rolled those out either. So there must be more to it.......
