There was a dog with two back legs on the news lately. Actually, I think it was on the Colbert Report or the Daily Show. This dog was quite dextrous and actually walked around on his hind legs. It's a testament to how a dog's body can adapt, and is a reminder as to how adaptable our human bodies are, too.
I get the joke, good for you! Depending on which legs the dog has lost, you may be able to teach him to tango. As for the bike, well, this is not a natural mode of transportation. You need to arms to be able to hold the handlebars and learn how to balance before he will be able to ride 'hands-free.'
I would suggest that you find an outlet for your pent-up loneliness and creativity.

As long as the 2 legs are the back ones, but with no front paws, to rest on your shoulders, you may get a little closer than you liked. I'd get the dancing out the way first, before you move on to the bike

youre sick man... but you should give it a try! you never know... try to practice... i saw at tv that a person taught his dog to walk on two legs(front legs) cause he hadn't 4 legs! so give it a try, i say. you may get a LOT of money out of this or purely amusement it's all up to you...and your dog of course
