I'm not tall so I gotta make up for my lack of height with speed. Anybody got any drills?

getting in a wieght room, may be the key. Cardio using your legs/calves. Dead Lift willl increase you burst/explosion when you push off ground. Other than taht cardio, and stair calves or w/e. Put your toes on a stair edge and then go up and down, to keep working your calves. Jump rope etc.

10 meter sprint drills. Work on cardio for 40 mins a day; eliptical machines preferably. The best thing I've tried is brick drills at the deep end of a pool.

try some drills from a real sport. That will make u faster and if ur lucky, maybe it will make u a man too.

Go to a gym and do some suicides and, about 10 there and backs thats what my coach did to us when we practiced

at some gyms they have something that attaches you and the wall together. and you would run as far as you can, and that would pull you back, and you would keep doing that, thats something to get you faster

Do as much as you could. Run, exercise, do anything that could make you improve your speed. That's all the advice I could give.
