Well, think about it. If a woman is pregnant, does the father have a right to make her have an abortion? Of course not! He can't just say, "I don't wanna pay you child support or help raise a kid, so go get rid of it." By the same token, the father cannot force her to have a baby she's not ready for. Keep in mind that the father has a right to run off and just write a check every month. The mother can't do that. She's tied down during the whole pregnancy, and maybe another 18 years!

Most likely women get an abortion because they were deserted by the father of the baby. If a woman becomes pregnant & the father marries her or sticks by her, why would an abortion be necessary?

If the couple is not married then I would say it's the right of the woman carrying the baby. After all when a couple who are not married have a baby the father may be on the birth certificate but has no rights to the child until he proves the child to be his through a blood test. But on the other hand if the couple is married then I think the husband has right to say if the child is aborted or not.

I can think of one very important thing. A man will not be the one to carry around the baby for NINE MONTHS!!!!
Guys, we need to get a clue and if we get a girl pregnant to support her during and AFTER the baby is born, not leave cause we're scared of being a father.

most places DO require a signature from the father in case of an abortion and won't do it without one. only way around it is if she is a single mom and claims she doesn't know who the father is. and IF she does that and kills the baby i wouldn't consider her to be a responsible person, definately not for a relationship. if u r the father and she would do that to u she must ot consider or care about your feelings about it at all, do u really want to be with someone like that?

because they're not the ones giving a very painful birth, plus going through labor. thats why. Men arent the ones who have to usually keep the child if the parents split up.

One major reason the women care ones carrying hte pregnancy .
The women are the ones facing all the health risk even death yes women still die in birth in this day and age .
And 3 rd its occurs in womans body and man has no say over womans body women own their won body clear enough for you

Because females think they can kill the fathers child, and that he should have no voice in the matter. It's also why the abortion atrocity continues to exist. Females murder 1.3 million unborn children in America alone every year. The father currently has no rights.

because women are the ones carrying the child, going through the discomfort & pain of childbirth.
The father has his say by wearing a rubber & making sure the situation never arises to begin with.
