ok according to GAMEFAQS you need to SEE not get all 151 pokemon in the new region to get the national pokedext but my question is HOW will you see them all does WIFI batlle count thanks

Generally, you will battle other pokemon that you can't capture, such as from Trainers and Pokemon Gyms. These will then show up in your PokeDex. On top of that, it should be pretty easy to obtain all the pokemon you need through WiFi trading.
