Most computer manufacturers sell keyboards for their laptops. It is a replaceable part. You may want to try getting in touch with the manufacturer and seeing if you can buy this part and do it yourself if you are adventurous enough. But buying a USB keyboard is probably cheaper. I am thinking that the manufacturer will probably insist on certified techs doing the work.

Well, most laptop keyboards can be easily removed from the chassis. You might want to try removing the keyboard and reseating it properly.

Though, doing so will probably void your warranty.

You can get it done at a service center, but you would be looking at around $40-50 if you need a new keyboard and maybe $30-60 in labor. If the keyboard is still functional, and all it needs is to be reseated in the chassis, then it should not cost you much.

It will cost you a few hundred dollars to have it fixed by sending it back to the manufacturer. If the laptop is still under warranty, I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it yourself or having a mom & pop shop try since it will void your warranty.

You may want to try hooking up someone else's USB keyboard to see if it will even work. You never know if one or two of the keys on your smashed keyboard are now permanently depressed.

if you wish to repair the keyboard yourself you will indeed void the warranty, but it is simple to do . I would just pop the spacebar loose then remount it's pin. this will fix it manually for you.

those issues take time. maybe one thousand generations. evaluate mating with a penguin that has a separation in each and each flipper. some thing that appears like an opposable thumb.
