I am trying to connect to my computer using bluetooth but both arent seeing each other. Do I need to activate something? I have a usb and it aint working.

did you install the software that you got with b/tooth dongle to your pc ?

I couldn't get music onto mine either. i had to get my boyfriend to put the music on his phone and bluetooth me it from there, which worked.
Beware though, i've had no end of prolems with my e370. The crystals or whatever it is in the screen leaked, it won't let me into my contacts, won't let me send messages, when i slide the phone up to answer a call, it turns itself off, it turns itself off for no reason when it's just sitting on the side.......the list goes on. Make sure you get insurance for it......you'll need it! I've had 3 replacements since August

I've tried to do this and it didn't work, your better of doing what ever you need via another phone.
