Blue lines are appearing on my printouts through the bars when im doing a printout

You might want to try Epson's website. I get the feeling that they might have something like that.

that shouldn't be the drivers it sounds like the print nozzles and the rollers need cleaning to clean the print nozzles use the cleaning faculty build in to the drivers
to clean the rollers you only need to use a damp cloth because the ink is water soluble
