ok,so I was supposed to start my period on monday.I still have not..earlier this month i had unprotected sex 11days after my period.I bought a cheapie test from the dollar store and it was negative,could it be too soon to detect or could the test be accurrate

The last test you took...was too early.
Take another test.
Spend the 15 bucks and buy a First Response test...they are proven to be the MOST sensetive test on the market.
If you are pregnant it will be able to tell you by now.

Well the test could be right or it could be too early. The dollar test aren't that reliable from what I hear. You did have sex in the time that would be most likely to concive in so I would wait a few more days and try a first response test and see what happens. I hope it works out for what you want!

there are tests you can buy that are working 5-7 days before your period i am not sure on the price were you are but here in canada approx 15$ wow! you can go get a blood test it is most accurate. doctors use a pregancy test like we do at home. but they have the ones that cost a bit more

I say a second opinion, might not hurt, maybe try another test.
For the best accuracies it recommends to try the test in the morn.

wait another week and then take another test. BUT not from the dollar store.... buy one even if you have to pay more money!

i would wait a couple days and if your period doesn't come take another test.
