Few days ago I experienced that I can not use my dial up internet connection despite I can log in correctly and connection is smoothly established with ISP but my browser can not be initiated ??? I contacted the ISP who confirmed that the fault is from my side??? please I need help???

The only thing I can suggest is try re-installing the software provided by your ISP and do an anti-virus and anti-spyware scan. I had this problem too (although it may be a little different) and scanning my system for bugs fixed the problem in the long run.
