Around my school there's a lot of Asian restaurants. I usually eat Noodle soup, Jiaozi and all types of Baozi at the Chinese restaurants. I'm a vegetarian so I usually eat a lot of "real" Chinesse food that have some type of dough with veggie filling.

No I haven't actually. But I have always wondered what the difference is in the food cooked in America and China. How was the food changed for American palates and why don't more people serve authentic dishes? I have had authentic Korean food when a friend of mine invited me over for dinner and she prepared some great dishes!

Yes, in Hong Kong. The flavors are a lot stronger in authentic Chinese food. My grandmother also cooks the best Szechuan Chicken I've had in America.
