Anyone started a cupcake business? Do you have any pointers for someone that would like to start one?

Okay, just kidding. All the same things that anyone has to do. Market research. I would study the history of Mrs. Fields cookies because it is a similar business. You'll probably have to start small, out of your home, so don't forget to check the local ordinances.

food service as a business is hard...and expensive even if your just selling cupcakes. you have to find people that will be interested in your product and you do have to make it special enough for them to want it on a regular basis.... Do you have at least 10G to get your kitchen in order and to cover licenses and other fees that your going to acquire. Do your homework researching different sites before you invest any funds into this....
