Is anyone familiar with the music sites allofmp3 or alltunes?

I have tried to add to balance with a cc and it gives me a msg that it isn't accepting credit cards at this time. I have also tried to go thru alltunes (which it suggests as a method of payment) and the only card type it accepts is JCD? I see some of you out there are alltune users. How did you join?

Hi. "allofmp3" was shut down, I think by the Russian government, for copyright infringement. Do not know about the other.
