In the official manga, they do not. But there are some very close, meaningful glances between them that suggest their relationship is something other than just simple friendship.
I am sure that you can find illustrations of this sort of thing in doujinshi or on DeviantArt somewhere, though.

NO, they do now kiss. I think their just friends. Cardcaptor Sakura is straight anime/manga, well cause the main characters (Sakura and Li) gets together in the end.
I'm absolutly sure that there are lots of doujinshi with that pairing. Why don't you search for thoses?

So far I remember, no, but my mind might be supressing that memory.
Anyway, while Touya and Yukito are lovers and love each other, they aren't exactly homosexuals do Yukito's lack of a 'manly' feature, not to mention also lacking a 'womanly' feature. Besides, their love is the 'mature' kind, so they don't go physical.
