norton shouldn't work to remove spylocked as it's not a virus. and what about windows defender, maybe you need to update it, i don't use it myself so i'm not sure. you need an antispyware to fight threats like this.however if you don't want to pay, here's totally free removal: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-spylocked.html
it's manual, you need to delete all the malicious files by yourself.
good luck!

Spyware isn't a virus so neither Norton's or Window's defender will pick it up as a virus. Check out the computer stores near you for software called "Spy Sweeper". It's a great program for removing spyware.

SpyLocked is a relatively new version of SpyDawn. Your anti-virus programs probably do not have the updates for SpyLocked definitions. SpyLocked or SpywareLocked is a fake spyware removal. I suggest you get rid of SpyLocked.
Check out http://www.spywarelocked.org for manual removal instructions and remove SpyLocked for good.

Ok, so let me get this straight.
You got a pop up ad on some page that tells you that you are infected and you believe it? :p
Forget these ad's. While it is true that Norton and Windows Defender can miss spyware and adware, there is no reason to pay for an antispyware software.
Here are a few links to sites that have free anti-spyware. Use them both for optimal results.
Adaware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot S&D: http://www.merjin.org

SpyLocked is a Dangerous fake antispyware software and it is update version of SpyDawn. SpyLocked is a variant of Trojan.Zlob. SpyLocked display a fake warning message to purchase the paid version of SpyLocked.
SpyLocked also displays a fake warning alert with flashing icon on your system tray. A Pop up balloon warning messages claiming that your PC is infected. For example : "Critical System Error", "Your computer is infected", "System Alert", "Security Alert", Trojan-Spy.win32@mx", "Virus Alert", "Security Alert" or "Spyware.Cyberlog-X".
I got all these information from this site and you can also check it. There you can also get the complete manual and Automatic removal.
