When you've taken your pill, and the man has a condom on. Thats the safest time, if your going to attempt to not get pregnant with no use of contraception then you'll probably get pregnant.
I know it is against religion to use contraception, but if you are a religious person against contraception, and you don't want kids then not having sex is the only solution.

No really, if you're trying to avoid conception, don't listen to anyone who says there is a safer time than others because everyone is different. I get pregnant in the 3-4 days following my period. Most people are mid-cycle. Fertilization during menstruation is very possible.
Safe sex is regard to STD's? No time is safer than any other.
