Have you ever heard of those?

I'm thinking that your just not speaking English well enough.
I'm thinking that you are probably taking some English as a second language classes.
At least--not to be rude--I hope you are.
(I looked at your profile and scorecard--so I'm speculating here).
The best thing to do in English classes is to be sure you understand the assingment.
ASK THE TEACHER
But good English is usually based on paragraphs having topic sentences ....
You could try the 5 w's and the how? ... then ... seperate your ideas and your answers into groups ... like topics.
Get all of your topic sentences--or at least some of them:
Seperate them ... even put them on seperate pages. only write about each topic on that page ....

Also ... do you have to find sources of info and quote them?
The more specific you can be in asking how to write something the better the advice will be.

English differes form Asian languages--we don't just write characters we use the 5 w's and the how question to write.
