Dear, dear Lily. Firstly Lily, you shouldn't be asking that question while already on my lap. You also should not start that pretend crying before I have even started. Quite frankly its embarrassing. Everybody at the meeting is staring at us. Look at that guy, he looks so shocked that I think his blood pressure is rising. You have put me in a very difficult position Missy. If I don't spank you, you will think I am soft and will go around talking about spanking all the time. Some people don't like this. I can't be soft. I am the boss. That's why i am wearing this expensive suit and it is also why you make me coffee. If I do spank you, that shocked guy may have a heart attack and the meeting will not be very productive. There is only one thing to do...I must make an example out of you. ''OK everyone, Lily here has decided to wreck our very serious meeting. Since she has wasted your time, its time for each and everyone of you to each have a turn at wasting her time. Now Lily, stay on my lap seeing that you love it there so much. But if you move you are sacked. OK, everyone else, line up and get your hand ready. Jim, you first''
Smack! ''Lisa your turn. Hurry up we haven't got all day'' Smack! Smack! Crack! ''Stop being a Hog Lisa!''

the best thing to do is avoid doing what you did before. if the spanking is abusive then help should be contacted because no child should have to face abuse but if it is discipline then don't do what you did before. simple concept really. good luck and be good!

Depends on what kind of spanking.

My girl likes the kind of spanking I give her. She demands it almost every night.

If you are talking about diciplining children, take away something they like, like TV, cell phone or game player. Also, lectures on conduct work well.
