Dear, dear Lily. Firstly Lily, you shouldn't be asking that question while already on my lap. You also should not start that pretend crying before I have even started. Quite frankly its embarrassing. Everybody at the meeting is staring at us. Look at that guy, he looks so shocked that I think his blood pressure is rising. You have put me in a very difficult position Missy. If I don't spank you, you will think I am soft and will go around talking about spanking all the time. Some people don't like this. I can't be soft. I am the boss. the best thing to do is avoid doing what you did before. if the spanking is abusive then help should be contacted because no child should have to face abuse but if it is discipline then don't do what you did before. simple concept really. good luck and be good!

If you are talking about diciplining children, take away something they like, like TV, cell phone or game player. Also, lectures on conduct work well.
