I just cut an arm off, what should I do? Do people find these things funny. I don't, I seriously think people need to come up with better questions.

I agree with you. I think most of those questions are asked by very young people or possibly that of the mentally challenged. Then again like you suggested people trying to be funny, which I can relate to funny, but they are not..
Definitely I would like to see better questions on here, although I can tolerate stupid questions
better than people who can't SPELL or properly compose a question so you can understand what they are asking, that's what really frustrates me!
Come on people, there is spell check on the page, all it takes is one little click!!! Try it you, will be glad you did......

Why is it any concern of your's? Besides there's a great opportunity in these questions to raise awareness of first aid procedures.
