Is there a way to get someodys IP address without being at theri computer. Somone has been getting into my AIM account and I was wondering if there was a way to get their ip address from my computer. Is this possible without sending any programs to them?

Not really. To get an ip address you need to establish some sort of communication with them but since you don't know who it is, this is impossible.
Change your password, and make sure the information to "retrieve a lost password" is also not easy to guess. If its a close friend, they may know your birthday, your email address or other private information that the password reset function asks for.

From what I know if someone is on Aim there is a way to get their IP. I have done it before but I have forgot how. I think you had to talk to them in order to get it though....I cant remember.

Getting their IP address will probably do you no good anyhow.
I would suggest you quit making your AIM password so easy, then maybe they wouldn't get into it all the time..

Not really I would change my password and reset the secret question for AIM. It might be someone you know getting in.
