I have often thought of this. If you are happy with your current life then NOTHING. The smallest thing could change your life completely.
Leaving 10 seconds earlier or later could avoid or get you into a car wreck with some jackass.
Choosing a different day to go to the store could stop you from or help you to meet your future spouse.
You just never know what even the little changes would mean in the longrun, much less a bigger thing that people are more likely to regret.
So in the long run since I am generally happy I would say nothing.

No. I love all that my life is. Sometimes I am disappointed by my decisions. But they are my decisions and I learn from them. I would feel utterly lost if I were to switch lives with someone even if they were rich or the smartest most successful person in the world.

There is nothing I would choose to do differently, because if I did, my life would not have turned out like it has, and I might not have had the family I have.

Iwish that I had been more athletic! then, I would be a different person and a lot healthier! I WISH! But, I have to look to the future! Living in the past will never help me out!

I wish I had stayed with my husband and got him some professional help, instead of leaving when he told me to.
Many years ago, but one of those things.

To be honest the only thing i would have changed would have been.
Stayed at school longer and maybe gone to university. (as i am smart as hell)
However. If i did i would never have met my beautiful wife and wouldnt have my beautiful son.....
So to be honest... I would not change a thing... I love my life!!!!
