I have a question about shoes at Payless and on the payless website?

I saw a pair of shoes on the Payless website that I really like. The problem is I am a size 8 and on the website they only go up to size 7. I went to the Payless store in my local mall and they said they didn't have them in stock at the store yet. How long does it usually take before they go on sale in the stores after they show up on the websites.
