I don't see how anyone can really know, but since dreams are basically visual representations of electrical signals in the brain, affected by thoughts and experiences, I suppose anything that has a brain and sleeps can have them, but I wouldn't think they're very complex dreams! Cats and dogs definitely dream, they even talk in their sleep. I bet mice do dream, but I hope they don't have nightmares!

Well, they might dream. But I'm sure they don't remeber them, as there brains are small. Have you ever seen a dog kicking in their sleep? They are dreaming. But they probably can't remember. It sounds like your mice are just enjoying their little lives.
