as says I could claim her and the baby living with me, since she can't because she has never worked, and she wants me to give her all the money, she said she may give me some, but she needs it, what bothers me is, I need a break, and the money would help me right now, I am over my head with bills, and physically worn out, so I don't know what I should do, she has people helping her and I am struggling alone, she never visits unless its for somthing?

yes she lived with me for 6 months, and I supported her so it is legal to claim her I just did'nt know I could, she only worked one day last year so her telling me I can claim her means she wants the money since she told me.

I don't understand, how old is she? Is this her baby? Why are you supporting her at all?

You will have more than exhaustion if you let this daughter use you like that. You could get in a lot of trouble legally and she's selfish. Tell her to get a job like you. Get yourself some financial counseling; you might qualify for a consolidation program that won't cost you anything. Godloveya.

I'd tell her Heck No!!! Don't chase the little bit of money she "might" give you. Take care of yourself and let her be the adult she needs to be. It's a scam anyway, what if you get caught?! Does jail or a bunch of fines sound fun?

Just take care of yourself and get back to basics. Her drama is wearing you out worse!

Good luck! :)

Make the claim and keep the money.

Claim her anyway. The check will come to you not her, so you don't have to get her to share it with you. Also you can refuse to help her after this.
