Mexico.
Many years ago I had a chance to travel Mexico by Train. When the train pulled into some small town, the children would run up to the train and hold out their hands looking for money from the travelers. If you didn't have any, the kids would pick up rocks and throw them at the train.
When in Mexico city, I had more people jostle me, push and shove me in crowds and even make rude gestures in photos I was taking of buildings which they just HAPPEN to be passing in front of,
And THEN they have the nerve to come to this country and insist - INSIST - that we give them Free Medical, Interpreters for our courts, jobs...homes....
Mexico. Put it at the top of the list.

Singapore! - some say Singaporeans are rude and arrogant, maybe pretentious as well. But I beg to differ, think there may be some black sheep, but SIngaporeans are generally pleasant at the least, if not warm and helpful!

Sorry to say for me its Malaysia. When we visited the country, 9 out of ten locals gave us wrong rude answers when we needed assistance w/ going around the city, one man beat me into the ladies room. When i told him he entered the ladies cubicle thingking he went in by accident, he told me how dare me to correct him and to 'F*** OFF'. I was so stunned, Malaysia is 'RUDECOUNTRY'. Is this the effect on a country having their own oil?

I would say Malaysia.
I was robbed in Kuala Lumpur and asked help from the local police. None of them helped me at all, even the local residents.
I am Asian - Canadian. When I spoke to them in English obviously, they simply stared at me. They expect me to speak their language.
