hepta is greek prefix for 7. A heptagon has 7 sides.

If it were a regular heptagon, there would be 7 lines of symmetry (each bisecting an angle and the opposite side).

If it were an irregular heptagon - the answer would be zero because there would be no way to cut it so that each side was symmetrical.

It depends on the actual heptagon. There is no specific answer. If you mean a regular heptagon, you should have said so.

It depends if all the 7 sides are equal. If they're not, then it's unlikely to have any lines of symmetry at all.
