hepta is greek prefix for 7. A heptagon has 7 sides.
If it were a regular heptagon, there would be 7 lines of symmetry (each bisecting an angle and the opposite side).
If it were an irregular heptagon - the answer would be zero because there would be no way to cut it so that each side was symmetrical.

It depends if all the 7 sides are equal. If they're not, then it's unlikely to have any lines of symmetry at all.
