i don't think he did. in spite of the actual undeniable reality that Portia gave him an outstanding form of possibilities to easily take the money, Shylock did not deserve that result. The Christians of the play were all about the injustices executed in the route of Antonio from Shylock, yet at the same time as the tables turn and Shylock turns into the sufferer they're all about the "justice."
