some children are naturally defiant ,take that nature add to it an abusive ,overcontrolling ,unforgiving enviroment . that could cause it.
but then ive read case studies of children ,raised in good homes that fought everything and everyone from the time they were born, displaying oppositional behavior and violent out bursts, not being able to see cause and effect. I.E.how the consequences are results of his behavior, blaming others for the bad consequences.
nature or enviroment? maybe both.

Careful, there may be layers of abuse there that you'll never know about. A child is constantly developing, and they usually do not have the full facilities to see the forest past the trees in a sense. Therefore, if the primary adults in that child's life have betrayed him/her constantly, it's hard to expect a child to look past that and not treat all adults with that same level of distrust.
Bottom line is, it's a defense mechanism that makes logical sense if you look at it from their perspective.
On the flip side, some adults who had bad experiences with other kids while growing up don't like children now for the same reasons.
It's a default coping mechnism to avoid/mistrust those things that you have been hurt by in some way at some point. That is until you deal with those isolated incidents and put them into perspective.

Certain children don't respect authority figures. Children hate being told what to do, they like their freedom. I think besides him having an issue with authority, he might have some emotional issues that could involve a particular adult. Which made him just hate all of them because of personal pain. People express pain in different ways.

The way some adults treat children. If this boy hated adults so much did he kill himself after his childhood was over or did he go on to live and abuse children?

For a child to think that way it had to be from personal experience. You are not born to automatically think this way. His parents or guardians obviously did not treat him like he needed to be treated. He needed to be talked to, by you or a counselor letting him know this is not the way all adults are and find out what the real problem was and resolve it. Poor little boy.

I have an idea. I could be what hapened to the boy in the past. Maybe he grew up with abusive parents or drunks. That could spur on anger towards adults. Or he could've be raped. It's hard to hear, but sometimes it's true.

Because they are smart....lol.... Most likley they have been hurt or abandon by an adult in the past, maybe physicl, mental or , god forbid, sexual abuse. Either way we are just like any other animal.. get burned by fire, stay away... Either way, I think the kid is smart.. If we all could be more like my little boy and my dog the world would be a much nicer place.

Some children are mentally, emotionally and physically abused by adults as small children and of course the older they get, the more it comes out in their actions and their mouths....Most of them learn to forgive,(as I did) and it humbles a person....Some don't!!!!It sounds like this person needs guidance and trust from adults in their life!!!!

I wouldn't call it hatred, Its more like jealousy... kids are simply jealous that adults have more life experience and know more about everything in general.
Kids want to be the "know it alls" and until they mature, they will not see how they act. Adolescence is not fun to go through but everyone must do it.

I think its because adults have so much power and authority over the younger ones--- they hate them because they make all the rules! and if they are not followed they will be punished!
