this question is about the chart that we write before we come?

i wrote a chart before i reincarnate that i will not see my brother
now that i recently found out that i have a brother but he is three
thousand miles away and i have know idea where he is, I want
to find him but what i wrote in my chart that we will never meet.
my question is, is it possible for me to find and see him even
if i didn't write in my chart.

Yours is the only question I have ever seen here that delves into these spiritual realms.
(Anyone else reading this will probably not know what we are talking about, but then YOU are the one with the question, and YOU will know.)
The lifescripts we write before coming into this life are meant as a set of guidelines and usually leave plenty of room for improvisation. I am not entirely clear from the way you've worded your question if you have specifically scripted that you two will NOT meet, or if you simply did not script that you would.
The wording is similar, but the meaning is quite different.
If your lifescript specifically states that you will NOT encounter this other person, there could be a good reason for avoiding contact with him - in which case, it may be better that you don't. If it just fails to state that you will meet him, then it may be all right to do so.
With our lifescripts being just a kind of "set of guidelines", I think (although I don't know for sure) that we all tend to deviate from them far more frequently than we realize. I have encountered references in my studies that indicate we usually have a "plan B" to cover all the eventualities that can occur as a result of these deviations, but bear in mind that they are "plan B"s, NOT "plan A"s - they are SECOND choices, NOT our FIRST choices.

Since you are aware of the existance of lifescripts (which you call "charts" because yours apparently took that form) - and knowing this much puts you a zillion miles ahead of most of the rest of us! - do you know WHY you wrote this provision (or failed to write its opposite) into the script? If you knew the reason WHY you are not scripted to meet your brother, it would make the decision a lot easier for you.
However, there is one more possibility to consider. Your initial, pre-life decision NOT to meet your brother could have been based on a condition that you thought would be in effect at this time, but isn't. Perhaps the reasons behind your original decision never materialized in your life or your brother's. My best suggestion is to follow your deepest feelings about this issue. Our innermost feelings are usually what keep us on track and keep us following our script.
If those feelings are strongly telling you to deviate from it now, there may be a good reason for THAT, too.

First of all it is barley trine. It's 7 levels special and I do not recollect it an element except it is inside 3. But I am choosy considering I like my readings to be correct. Second of all, genius is dominated by means of Jupiter, no longer Mercury (regardless that it regulations the brain) and no longer Uranus (regardless that it regulations innovations) but if I appear at a chart I am more likely to discover genius in each and every chart. Just in special places. All natal elements are items. So I might say no. It's no longer a signal of genius but when the orbs had been tighter I might say that this can be a signal of anyone that loves to speak (Mercury) approximately astrology (Uranus). Changes(Uranus) their brain(Mercury) plenty, or anyone that's fascinated by journalism, web, promoting, and enjoyment. If it had been relatively tight like inside one million measure then the character would be a popular(Uranus) entertainer(Mercury). This record would pass on and on. I feel I will give up right here.

Dont think of time as a linear thing, past, present and future, all happen in one moment,the moment of now, so whatever you think you wrote in your chart, write again!
