Congratulations and may God bless the new born child with a long and beautiful life.
Ira is not unique and Mayra sounds like Ramya misspelt. If one has to choose only from these three names then only Ruhin is left out.
How about Suvesha or Minuva?

First of all Congratulations on becoming the parent of a sweet little girl.

Coming to naming her, the name should be such that it is appropriate for various things eg. sex, country, religion, features, skin colour etc. For Example you cannot give her a Japanese name, say 'Yuki' which means 'white as snow' if she is dark skinned. That is why before giving foreign names you should know the meaning of it, first. Similarly, you cannot give her a boyish sounding name which will create a lot of confusion. Also, it should be relatively contemporary.

Next, the name should be short and easily pronounceable so that neither is it a tongue-twister nor every time it has got to be prompted, again and again. Also, the name selected may be so rare or outlandish that the child in question may begin disliking it herself and may want it changed at a later date, needing a lot of official alterations and causing loss of time and money. Nowadays, this is also done at the prodding of a numerologist by people who believe in these things.

Finally, it should stand the test of time. For example if you name your child, say 'Sweety' out of adoration for her, imagine how it will sound when she is advanced in age and maybe having her own grandchildren, ' Sweety grandma'.

So I think, naming should be a serious affair and given much educated thought on the above lines.

Best Of Luck.

I think MAYRA is most suitable name for your daughter. IRA & RUHIN are suitable for boys.

When i pick out a name for my babies, i spend time thinking about how it sounds and feels if i was to ask their older sibling to : go give so& so their bottle or ge help so&so etc...
how does that name feel to me to have to say it a 100 times a day every day??? and i think about the response they'll get out in the world! a name helps in making a persons personality! so for me to tell you what name to use would be out of my character but i will tell you that Maya is the prettiest one! i think.
