If it's a reasonably up-to-date phone, you'd be better off just opening the attachment and sending it to your phone by by Bluetooth.

If your bluetooth transmitter is broken, consider sending it to someone else, via email etc, so that they could bluetooth it to you.

Otherwise, a couple of thoughts, depending upon the phone that you have.
1. you can get a physical connection lead, usually via USB to a mobile port, that will let you do the same thing. You'll also need some software - often found on the phone manufacturer's sites, that allow you to communicated between your pc and the phone.
2. Many phones have the ability to browse the internet, so you could log onto email and get the file that way. If you don't have a good web browser for your phone, try out mini-Opera, which is free and allows most modern mobiles to be able to browse the full internet. http://www.operamini.com

Check out the website and see if it would work for your phone. It helps compress web sites so that you can see them on a tiny little mobile screen, and helps to reduce connection costs to the web. You'd also need to check that your phone network supports internet access, though most now do. A huge benefit of this software is that you'll be able to browse the net whenever you choose - though you'll have to pay for connection costs, usually in the form of how much megabites you've downloaded.

Good luck! Rob
