Have you seen good results with your program? I was on a higher weight program which showed great results but I injured my shoulder doing the heavier weights and want to lighten it up a bit. So if anyone could help out that would be great.

See high wt low rep increases muscle mass and low weight high rep increases muscle endurance. So you are talking about two diferent types of exercises. So try to understand what does best for you.

I am currently doing "Body-for-Life" with great results. You can select lower weights and complete 6 rounds of decreasing reps (12, 10, 8, 6 then 12 and 12 again) for each muscle group.
Very managable diet too ! HIGHLY recommended !
