None I know of...BUT, what you can do is get a secured credit card. A secured credit card is a card in which you make a deposit into a bank-held savings account earning a (very) small amount of interest on. Your credit-limit is equal to what you deposit into the savings account. PLEASE do this through a reputible bank. DO NOT use the companies you get literature from in the mail. The fees are drasticly high and you will defeat the purpose. Check with different main-stream banks..Wachovia, Webster, Bank of America, etc...and find one that offers a secured-credit card.
Also, a side from the card issue, I hope you are over 25. Most car rental places want the renter and any subsecquent drivers to be over 25 now.

Every major car rental company in the US (Hertz, Avis, Alamo/National, Budget, Dollar, Thrifty, Enterprise) require the use of a major credit card.
However, a few allow the use of bank check card (also called a "debit card") with the Visa or Master Card logo on it. In order to use it though, they usually require an additional security deposit (which has to be available on the card) on top of the amount of the rental (this is usually credited back at the end of the rental). There may be other restrictions/requirements as well.
You'll have better luck with local stores as opposed to renting from an airport location. Enterprise at one point used to accept cash for a rental with additional requirements (copies of 2 utility bills, proof of insurance, security deposit, etc). You can check with them.
You can also check into "mom & pop" operations, the small, locally owned stores as opposed to the larger companies, they tend to have more lenient policies.
If you want, shoot me an email with your pick up location and I'll see if I can you find further information.
