You can find probable pitchers on any given day on MLB's website. This will give you not only the pitcher for a given team, but the starting pitchers for both teams in the game, as well as some notes/comments on the pitchers.
Other sites might do something similar.

If you go to your teams website (ex: redsox.com) and click the schedule, and then click where is says, probable pitchers. It will tell you who is pitching for the next 5 games!!

In Yahoo fantasy baseball, there will be a little carat mark next to the game information if the player is scheduled to start that day. You can also check ESPN.com or MLB.com for probable starters.
