I believe They broke up there stock when the movie
Legend of the 7 golden Vampires was being filmed and half of the company was owned by Shaw in japan.
That's why that movie is a karate vampire movie.

Hammer owns the production company still but is deadlocked
on filming they mostly handle DVD releases now

But who knows maybe someday years from now when they need more money.
I know I really need a Count yourga or Captain Kronos

That would be a beautiful thing, wouldn't it? The old days of Christopher Lee and the pre-Star Wars Peter Cushing :)

My fave Hammer film has to be: Dracula Has Risen From the Grave, but I loved them all so much. But if Hammer were able to film anymore horror movies, it would have to be like the Gothic originals. I would hate to see them jazzed up for the Millennium.
