Not sellable

Since the whole transaction requires us to put a lot of trust in the seller. A seller who is starting off on a bad foot by violating the Terms of Service in trying to sell the account.

There is no way to verify that the account was yours. I have heard of people who buy account only to find out that they were stolen when Blizzard resets the password to give it back to the original owner

There is no way to transfer the account in a legal manner. You send us a password, then send a message to Blizzard claiming that your account was stolen and you need the password reset.

There is no way for us to verify that the character is equipped the way that you claim. Nothing to stop you from cleaning him out before you send us the password.

And with a Western Union transfer, there is no way to track you down if we have a complaint

Sounds like an awful lot of trouble for the poor fool trying to buy this account

No. According to the rights and TOE, the account belongs to the company not to you. You cannot sell it legally.
