In Pa./NJ area is it too late in the spring to wear skirt, boots and light sweater?

Dusty rose sweater, black skirt and black high heeled boots. Pantyhose? What accessories would you suggest. Better off with a black dress and jacket?

its not too late in the spring because its only a few weeks old. as for accessories, wear some silver jewelry (bracelets, necklace, earrings) and some colorful rings.
