What are the reasons?

Why and how do some Bangladeshi has green,blue or hazel eyes?Please don't say ......it's because of genetics.There are more than that.

But it IS due to genetics. What else, unless they're wearing colored contacts. It all depends on the combination of dominant or recessive genes.
